Book Update

You can never totally figure out if you need to do some substitutions until you really start assembling things into a book, but here's my first pass on just assembling some images. If nothing else it's interesting just because it's roughly in chronological order, spanning just over a year. You can kind of see the flow of things.

Still needed: Title, front cover, back cover, assemble into book, possibly change some images
